The Portolaconia Residence is a complex comprising 106 apartments laid out in terraced blocks, each apartment having its own independent entrance.  You can choose the most suitable apartment for you and your family, according to your needs.

The apartments are spread over a three-level structure: ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.
On the ground floor apartments have a patio with a garden, for your breakfasts, lunches or dinners in the open air. The mezzanine floor and the first floor have a covered porch where you can enjoy a panorama embracing the sea.

UNITS: Portolaconia Residence is divided into studios, three-room and four-room apartments (the latter with two bathrooms, one of which partial) from 2 to 8 beds, fully furnished and equipped. The kitchenette includes a stove with 4 gas burners, a sink and a 240 lt fridge. Apartments are supplied with crockery, dishes, glasses and cutlery. All the apartments have a Wi-Fi connection, TV, a patio and/or covered veranda, furnished with a table and PVC chairs. The staff at Portolaconia Residence will take care of your home and all your needs.
